Orders & Delivery
Orders placed by individuals under the age of 18 require parental or guardian approval. All
That Hair reserves the right to correct any typographical errors in text and images, as well as
errors in product specifications. For optimal product results, we recommend following our
care guidelines, available on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team for
assistance.
Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent
to your email address. This confirmation will contain all the necessary
details, including product information, pricing, billing, and shipping
address. If there are any discrepancies in the order confirmation, please
contact us immediately at kontakt@allthathair.se.
Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 1-4 days. Please note that orders placed
on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. If you
experience any delays in delivery without prior notification from us,
please contact us at kontakt@allthathair.se.
FORCE MAJEURE All That Hair is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances
beyond the reasonable control of All That Hair. In case of force majeure, All That Hair is
entitled to additional time to which to fulfil their commitments. Examples of such
circumstances include, but are not limited to, strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier, transport or
production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government regulatory actions, or natural
disasters. If such a circumstance lasts more than two months, both sides have the right to
terminate this Agreement without the other party and / or entitled to receive compensation or
obliged to provide compensation.
Prices & Payment
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in our store are in SEK and inclusive of 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints, or inaccuracies in pricing information.
In addition to the product price, there may be additional charges for payment and delivery depending on the selected method. Price, delivery terms, and payment methods are clearly
displayed at checkout. The total amount due will be presented before order confirmation.
Promotional offers and price reductions are applied to products or by providing discounts on the website. Promotions are valid while supplies last or until the specified end date.
Please note: Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional local charges, such as
taxes and customs fees.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All That Hair offers Payson as an alternative payment method. Choose to pay immediately,
later, or in installments. We collaborate with Payson for payments within Sweden.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards approved for online shopping via Payson.
Checkout & Delivery Days
At checkout, select the delivery method available for your region and view the associated
delivery times. We aim to keep all items in stock, and any delays will be clearly
communicated. If your package does not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order
date. Delivery times may vary during national holidays, promotions, or transport disruptions.
Changes in delivery schedules may occur over weekends.
Upon shipment from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking
information for your package.
Please note: Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional local charges, such as
taxes and customs fees.
POSTNORD STANDARD DELIVERY
Our warehouse typically processes orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery
times are as follows:
- Within Sweden: 1-3 working days.
- Within the EU: 4-8 working days.
- Outside the EU: Delivery times vary by destination.
Most orders are shipped via Postnord and delivered to your home or mailbox. Bulky
packages are sent to your nearest post office for pickup.

Product Information
We offer a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive
your order. Please note that this right does not apply to hair accessories
for hygiene reasons. For details on how to exercise your right of
withdrawal, please refer to our Return Policy on our website.
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. If a product arrives
damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance. For
instructions on how to file a complaint, please refer to our Complaints
Procedure on our website.
We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages arising from
product use. We are not liable for delays or errors due to circumstances
beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to labor
disputes, fires, wars, government actions, or supplier disruptions.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product images
accurately reflect the appearance of the products due to variations in
display screens, photo quality, and resolution.
