Return Period: You have the right to return unused and undamaged hair extensions within 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive
your order.
Refund or Exchange: Upon return of products within the specified return period, we offer either a refund or exchange of the item, according to your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Returning Items: To return items, please contact our customer service for instructions. In order for your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused and in undamaged original packaging with accompanying packaging. You must notify us of your decision to return. The message should be sent to us at Kontakt@allthathair.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return concerns should be clearly stated.
Please package the items carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Terms: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. A service fee of 200 SEK will be charged. Please note that return shipping costs are not refunded unless the items are defective or incorrect upon delivery. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged.
Exceptions: Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unused and undamaged hair extensions with intact original packaging and tags.
